Amy serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Kathmere Capital Management, bringing over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry. She began her career in Private Banking, working with Ultra High Net Worth individuals, family offices, and endowments.

After nearly a decade at large wirehouses, Amy made a strategic transition to the independent advisory space in an operational role—an intentional move aligned with her vision for where the industry was headed. She believed the independent model offered greater flexibility, transparency, and long-term value for both clients and advisors. Since then, she has held senior leadership positions at a handful of independent Registered Investment Advisory firms and played a pivotal role in launching the Investment Advisory division of a local publicly traded bank.

At Kathmere, Amy leads the firm’s operational strategy and execution, creating alignment between the client experience and the firm’s internal processes. In addition to her role as COO, she also serves as Chief Compliance Officer and chairs the firm’s Compliance Committee, overseeing the firm’s regulatory framework and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Personal

Amy grew up in Maryland and was recruited by La Salle University to play lacrosse. That is where her love for the Philadelphia area began. She lives with her husband and two energetic children in the Radnor area. In her free time Amy loves to work out, garden, and build forts with her kids.
