Any references to investment performance, expectations, or potential outcomes are subject to significant limitations. Hypothetical, back-tested, or model performance (if presented) does not reflect actual trading, does not represent the performance of any client account, and may not reflect the impact of material economic and market factors. Investment Risks & Strategy Disclosures

All investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. No investment strategy or risk management technique can guarantee profit or eliminate risk.

Equity Investments

Stock investing involves risk, including market volatility, loss of principal, and potential illiquidity. Dividend payments may fluctuate or be eliminated. Investments in foreign and emerging markets involve additional risks, including currency risk, geopolitical risk, regulatory risk, and differing accounting standards.

Fixed Income Investments

Bonds and fixed income investments are subject to interest rate risk, credit risk, inflation risk, liquidity risk, and market risk. Bond prices generally fall as interest rates rise. High-yield (junk) bonds are not investment-grade securities and involve greater risk of default and price volatility. Municipal bond income may be subject to federal, state, local, or alternative minimum tax.

Alternative & Real Asset Investments

Alternative strategies may not be suitable for all investors and are generally intended for the risk-capital portion of a portfolio. These strategies may involve leverage, derivatives, illiquidity, and increased volatility, which can accelerate losses. Investments in real estate and REITs involve risks such as illiquidity, interest rate sensitivity, and economic conditions. Commodity-linked investments may be volatile and affected by weather, geopolitical events, and regulatory developments.

Model Portfolios & Asset Allocation

Asset allocation and diversification do not ensure profit or protect against loss. Model portfolios are hypothetical in nature and do not reflect actual trading. Client results may vary materially from model results due to timing, fees, taxes, and market conditions.

Plan sponsors and fiduciaries should consult with their ERISA counsel, tax advisor, or other qualified professional regarding their specific responsibilities.
